Safety

Construction subcontractors (e.g., underground and aerial fiber placement, electrical, civil, drilling, small cell construction and all tower mod/install/repair), with 10 or more employees, are required to provide the company’s EMR, TRIR, LTIR, and DART (all defined below) for each of the previous three (3) full years.  

Click the “Add Safety Record” button, choose record type, provide the effective and expiration dates, then hit the “Save” button for each of the following:

• EMR: Experience Modification Rate


• ‌TRIR: Total Recordable Incident Rate


• ‌LTIR: Lost Time Incident Rate


• DART: Days Away Restricted Time Rate

Tilson requires proof of your company’s EMR by requiring that you provide an EMR letter from your workers compensation broker. After you have created an EMR record for each of the three previous full years, click on the primary name of the most recent EMR record you created, then click on the “Choose Files” button to select your file, and hit the “Save” button.

Tilson also requires that you provide your OSHA 300 and 300A logs for each of the previous three (3) full years. To upload OSHA log records, select the “Add Safety Record” button, select the record type, provide the effective and expiration dates, then hit the “Save” button. Once the OSHA entry has been created, you will need to click on the primary name of the record you created, then click on “Choose Files” to select the appropriate file, and then select the “Save” button.
